The project is situated on a hill overlooking the sea in Karşıyaka district of Trabzon. There are 48 independent sections on 8 floors including 6 apartments on each floor.

The project is situated on a hill overlooking the sea in Karşıyaka district of Trabzon. There are 48 independent sections on 8 floors including 6 apartments on each floor. In the project, 3 cores were created and 1 elevator and staircase on each floor of the project was designed to make people feel special when they live together in the project design.

Another feature of the project is that all apartments have a sea view in the building concept, while the inner courtyard has created a space for children to play.
