Teras Houses – Akyazi

In the terrace houses designed as duplexes, 8 independent sections are designed in one block. Duplexes in each block are constructed on 2 different spatial schemes, 225 m² and 240 m². The project is located at the entrance of Trabzon province, just above the new stadium stadium, which has a sea view in one of the dominant hills.
